Our dermatologist's opinion The skin is covered by a hydrolipidic film that protects it from outside aggressions, among other things. This film also enables moisture evaporation from the skin to be limited. Too frequent washing with detergents may damage the hydrolipidic film resulting in a sensation of skin tightness, discomfort, dry skin or itchiness. This is why it is recommended that you use gentle washing agents, soaps without detergent and syndets.
The advice of Didier Rase In order to compensate for the hardness of the water, I would advise a gentle daily body cleansing routine in order to preserve the HLP film that protects your skin and when you come out of the shower, dry yourself and moisturise your skin.
